THE ALTERNATOR DOES NOT WORK

The V-belt drives the alternator and the water pump. If it is not tightened to a certain extent or is worn - this will affect the drive of the alternator, which will then charge the battery less with electricity. If you drive at night, you may run out of battery power.

If the control light comes on while driving - the most common cause is a broken V-belt. Driving should be stopped and the fault rectified.
