INJECTOR TEST AND CLEANING
There are several ways to clean and maintain the nozzles from soot deposits and limescale that accumulate in them. We have two methods that are the most efficient and they are: ultra sound bath and special RCP special machine.
In order to perform cleaning in the ultrasonic bath on petrol and gas injectors / nozzles, it is necessary to remove them from the engine, place them on a special ultra sound bath that has a system for checking the flow and spray of nozzles before and after cleaning.
After washing, the check is performed on the same machine in order to check the performance, ie what kind of nozzle the cleaned nozzles eject. The amount of liquid is injected into numbered beakers that are transparent so that the amount of liquid-fuel injected can be seen. Injector / nozzle spraying is monitored throughout the fluid flow. Of course this is also done on gas nozzles which get dirty very often.
To clean the nozzle / nozzle of the vehicle we use a special machine that replaces the fuel supply pump it has its own tank. We recommend this cleaning / washing system, nozzles for vehicles that have covered over 60,000 km.
The procedure is as follows: Pour the Injector Cleaner Professional nozzle cleaning accessory into the machine. We remove the fuel supply hoses and instead connect the machine so that only cleaning fluid, INJECTOR CLEANER PROFESIONAL, is injected instead of fuel. During engine operation, it works with Injector Cleaner - Injector System Purge, the most famous example of by-products of the chemical reaction of cleaners, carbon deposits and soot, it melts and cleans them during combustion.
In this way, we clean the fuel supply line, injection nozzles and combustion chamber. During engine operation and fluid combustion, the following are cleaned: valve seats, exhaust ducts in the engine head, piston head EGR valve, throttle valve and part of the exhaust system.
This method of cleaning achieves better sealing of the engine and returns compression to the engine. When the entire system is cleaned in addition to the degree of compression and cleaned nozzles, fuel consumption is also reduced, clean nozzles disperse fuel better so that more fuel is used.
